JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager for our Automotive Finance division. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the accounting books and ancillary records are maintained on real time basis. You would be involved in on-going analyses and monitor of business costs and support in applying effective cost control measures. You will have to analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets – Budget & Forecast Tracking Vs. actuals.

You would be responsible for the maintenance of all regulatory documents i.e. Trade License, commercial license, CB License for timely archive. You would have to prepare monthly and yearly financials based on IFRS and international accounting standards and submit internal and external reports on a timely basis. You will also be required to support all internal and external audits conducted for the organisation. You will also have to ensure that all the procurement requests adhere to the Company Procurement policy & are supported by proper approvals.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding & related experience with a minimum of 7 years in management of the finance department including accounting and financial analysis and reporting. Experience in the finance industry / automotive industry is must.

The ideal candidate would be a University graduate with a professional qualification such as a Chartered Accountant or a MBA in Finance. The candidate would possess excellent analytical skills with a specialization in financial analytics.You would have the ability to analyze financials, market conditions and identify opportunity for business growth. You would possess excellent communication & relationship management skills with the ability to influence at senior management level.

Must have Management experience in a multi-cultural environment and must hold significant UAE experience. Any regional role in finance and reporting will be an advantage.
