Finance Manager - Automotive Industry experience

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join them. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of our operations within the automotive industry, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong background in automotive finance and a proven track record of driving financial performance.

• Developing financial forecasts, budgets, and strategies based on analysis of financial data and market trends.
• Producing accurate financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) and presenting findings to senior management or stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks through strategies such as hedging, insurance, or diversification.
• Monitoring cash flow, optimizing banking relationships, and ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Advising on investment opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, and other financial decisions that impact the organization's growth and profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Leading and mentoring finance teams, providing guidance on day-to-day activities and career development.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of finance experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance, including dealership operations, inventory management, and vehicle financing.
• Proven leadership abilities with the capability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
• CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification is a plus.
• Native Arabic Speaking candidates preferred.
