JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
On behalf of our client, an established firm based in Dubai Media City, Swisslinx Middle East is currently seeking a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join their team. Our client is a small, yet growing company with a dynamic and international team.
In this role, you will be working closely with the companys management team, as well as overlooking a small finance and accounting team. You will be responsible for the finance department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing financial statements and budgets
- Performance and productivity monitoring and reporting
- Managing cash flow, reconciliations and other financial administrations
- Communication with external authorities, acting as point of contact for auditors
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience within a similar role within a multinational organisation
- Skills in people management; prioritising team delegations, team motivations, team development
- ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred
- Must have a great command of English (Arabic desirable but not essential)
- Management experience
