JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis in the dynamic F&B industry. This role is integral to driving business growth through budgeting, forecasting, and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamline financial processes, ensure compliance, and lead strategic initiatives to optimize performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and variances.
Strategic Financial Management:
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business strategies, product pricing, and cost structures.
• Support business growth initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Monitor and optimize working capital, cash flow, and cost efficiencies.
Operational Support:
• Collaborate with operational teams to track and improve financial performance at outlets and regional levels.
• Implement robust internal controls to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools.
Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance team.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Manage tax planning, filing, and compliance, including VAT and other applicable taxes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Requirements:
• Professional qualification in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) & Degree in Accounting or Finance.• At least 7+ years of experience with 3 years post Qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B Industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations, with proven expertise in financial modeling and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on cost control, financial analysis, and project risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
