JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across our real estate and facilities management portfolio. This role requires hands-on ownership of financial control, cash flow management, compliance, and performance analysis, with direct exposure to senior management and strategic decision-making.
The position plays a critical role within the business, offering scope to influence financial strategy, improve efficiencies, and strengthen governance across multiple assets and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Reporting
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across real estate assets and facilities management operations
• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance dashboards
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
Cash Flow & Commercial Oversight
• Manage cash flow planning, collections, payables, and cost controls
• Monitor profitability across properties, service charge structures, and FM contracts
• Review contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms from a financial perspective
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks
Service Charges & Facilities Management
• Oversee service charge budgets, recoveries, reconciliations, and cost allocations
• Monitor FM-related costs, vendor performance, and contract efficiencies
• Provide financial input into contract renewals and negotiations
Management Support & Strategy
• Act as a financial business partner to senior management
• Provide financial insights to support investment decisions, pricing, and growth initiatives
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement
Requirements:
Candidate RequirementsMandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of UAE experience in real estate and/or facilities management finance
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with ERP systems and property management software
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end finance operations independently
Preferred
• CPA / ACCA / CA qualification
• Experience working with multi-asset or multi-entity portfolios
• Background in owner-managed or fast-paced real estate environments
