JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Part Time

Our Client, a leading corporate services provider is looking looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. As the Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the company's financial accounting processes and procedures. Your Emirati nationality with a family book is valued and provides a unique perspective that contributes to our diverse and inclusive workplace culture. You will be responsible for providing insightful analysis of everyday financial activities, interpreting financial information, and offering strategic guidance to senior management on future financial plans. Your expertise in financial forecasting will enable our leaders to make informed business decisions and align our financial strategies with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risk.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance against budget.
• Lead the annual budgeting and planning process.
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial statements and tax returns.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• UAE Nationality with a Family Book is mandatory for this position.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
