Job Description & Summary
A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Champion Role

- Assurance iPower Champion - Key role in supporting the CAA and Ops staff from around the region with use, troubleshooting and practical issues with iPower. Provide ad hoc training as required. 
- Assurance VAT & Billing Champion - UAE & KSA billing champion with respect to VAT compliance and protocols. 
- Salesforce & Opportunity Champion for Assurance.
- Coordination of Assurance Guarantees between the business and Treasury team, including status updates and being the main PoC for all enquiries.

REQUIREMENTS

Assurance Reporting

- Daily results updates for Stakeholder tracking.
- Net Investment Analysis - Gross WIP, Aged WIP, Aged debts, Top 10 and Terminated staff reports; ensuring timely closures of codes and highlighting areas of concern.
- Monthly debtor chasing for those receivables due to hit provision. 
- Conducting monthly Net Investment meetings with BU contacts in order to keep abreast with the latest developments. 
- Monthly review of credit notes and provisions in preparation for the annual external audit review. 
- NIC Process (at least quarterly co-ordination of NIC process, follow up with ELs to get confirmation, actioning responses, etc).
- Job Codes Review - 1% and unusual recovery rates.
- Job Codes Review of internal billable / non-chargeable codes.
- Monthly review of Partner expenses and travel costs. 
- Monthly VAT compliance review.
- Supporting VAT  implementation for the rest of the GCC (Key LoS Coordinator for the VAT Project team),
- Following up on Aged ITBs and ensuring timely clearing of invoices.
- iPower staff expenses compliance review (based on input from SSC) and action to drive better compliance with policy, 
- Input to the Budgeting process for Direct Costs
- Tackling adhoc requests i.e. revenue / NI / expense related,
- Handling Mid-Month and Month-end Rollover.
