JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Cassia has been appointed to recruit a Financial Manager for a holding company in Fujairah. The following is the job description.
- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
- Perform due diligence, primary and secondary market research, analysis, and documentation of transactions.
- Consolidation and analysis of financial data, taking into account company's goals and financial standing.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
- Implement the recommended actions to management based on analysis conducted.
REQUIREMENTS
- University Graduated
- CFA Holder
- 3 - 5 years experience
