JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Looking for a Financial analyst with DIFC Experience.

Our client, a leading financial services business here in the region is looking for qualified finance professionals to join their team. The successful candidate should have a solid financial control and accounting background and exceptional communication skills.

Job Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- Continuous monitoring and improvement of accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place.
- Helping coordinate internal and external audit activities across the group.
- Helping in the preparation of various financial and non-financial reports.
- Ensure accurate accounting procedures are in place.

The successful candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience working within a legal/finance/banking or professional services industry background. Should have worked in a DIFC based company. It is essential that you are meticulous when it comes to diary management and travel itineraries. You should preferably be a good English speaker. You'll provide the Managing Director with a high level of support, while handling market research, presentation of reports, responding to internal and external correspondence, co-coordinating a busy diary and arranging meetings, whilst still dealing with day-to-day administrative duties effectively and efficiently. But what we really want to see is all those other qualities you have. Capabilities which have most likely been honed over 3 years' within a busy commercial organization.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must posses the following key skills, qualifications and experience:

- 5+ years of DIFC professional experience
- Banking industry experience is preferred
- Candidates should posses a professional accounting qualifications or experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidates need to be based in the region
