JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Directly reporting to the CFO and Managing Director
- Prepare invoice to Customers based on the progress of the project in coordination with the Project Manager
- Prepare reconciliation of Income and Costs on a per Project basis
- Prepare Customer Account Reconciliation
- Prepare daily cash flow statement to ensure disbursements are funded
- Conduct reviews on the profitability of the operations on a per Project basis
- Prepare monthly Financial Statements.
- Coordinate with QS as to approved payments and prepares accounts payable voucher on the basis of the approved LPO and invoices received before final check preparation or Electronic Fund transfer
- Prepare monthly payroll using the WPS
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly prepare variance analysis against actual figures
- Prepare payment for all administrative expenses
- Ensure that all LPO and invoices are properly recorded in the Quickbooks system which the company is using
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional Experience in all facets of Financial Accounting
- Proficient in Financial Analysis and team management
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Finance / Accounting Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task & prioritise work in order to support the business
- Experience in bringing improvements in key processes and procedures
- Requires deep and extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting
