The Financial Controller is responsible for financial activities and reporting.

Description
Financial Performance Monitoring:
- Expected Outcome: Conduct month-end closing activities and produce monthly financial reports for Corporate Finance and Board Members, analyze sales, margins, and expenses, implement processes, policies, and controls, create tools for tracking and guiding financial performance, prepare quarterly business reviews and forecasts, and perform targeted studies and analyses on business operations.
Budgeting:
- Expected Outcome: Develop the annual budget and a strategic financial plan spanning 3 to 5 years to support the business's long-term objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Finance- Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial controlling
- Background in an international setting
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
- Independent, proactive, curious, sociable, detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other IT systems
- Fluent in English.
