Finishing Engineer (Abu Dhabi)
Taylor Sterling is looking for experienced Finishing Engineers and Supervisors to join a main contractor in Abu Dhabi on a major build project. This is an exciting opportunity with an award winning contracting firm who develop iconic building and tower projects globally.
- Assign daily/weekly/monthly target to site staff
- Track overall progress of Finishing Packages on daily basis & plan accordingly so as to complete the project within scheduled timelines
- Co-ordination with all the concerned teams/ departments for smooth progress of works
- Contractors billing work
- Audit of ongoing work as per desired standard
- Prepare site reports
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years experience working with large contractors on finishes packages
- Good communication skill & capability of getting work done by working with contractor/labour staff within the scheduled time
- Finishing experience on large commercial and mixed use projects in the Middle East
- MEP co-ordination
