JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Conducting various kind of safety training.
• Follow the training trackers on time and coordinate with the operation coordinator for the timely delivery of the training programs.
• Follow ups on training session’s dates and venues.
• Assisting the operation coordinator to coordinate with the site and location
• Receiving the feedback from the safety training attendees.
• Conduct safety trainings at both training centers and the client site
• Make sure that all the trainings courses that to lead are done and in line with the standards as set by the company.
• Customize the courses to the client as per their requirement. (after the approval from the management )
REQUIREMENTS
• Female/Male
• Must have an experience as First Aid Trainer
• Experience as Occupational Safety Trainer will be a plus point
• Must have experience in the preparation of course materials, course outlines
• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License will be plus factor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Must have DCAS / Trakhees approval
