JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Measure and calculate material costs while reading and interpreting plans for effective contract administration
• Act as a connection between subcontractors, the design team, project engineer, and the client
• Determine cost-efficient alternatives, analyzing site conditions and contract documents
• Collaborate with the operations team to produce accurate and comprehensive estimates for complex projects
• Ensuring General Conditions and Requirement items are captured appropriately
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Fit Out Estimator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in estimation & costing from an interior fit out industry
