Fit Out Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to join our team. The right candidate will have experience with interior fit-out for luxury villas and buildings, the ability to schedule works, supervise contractors and oversee the complete interior fit-out phases from start to finish, while ensuring they are completed within a timely and efficient manner. Must have a keen eye for detail and passionate about the role, an excellent Fit-Out Manager will be well-versed in methodologies and procedures for interior fit-out, and will have an analytical mind and great organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise fit-out phases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Knowledge and know-how for all luxury interior fit-out progresses.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Supervise job progress and inspect various phases of work on site.
• Adherence to all health & safety standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS

• 20+ years of experience in the same field.
• Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Project Management, Engineering and/or relevant field.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Arabic.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Available in to start immediately and in the UAE.
