JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Fitout Project Manager to join a leading fitout company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing residential villa projects and must be currently based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of fitout projects for residential villas from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fit out project management, specifically with residential villa projects.- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations in Dubai.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Must be currently based in Dubai.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
