JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of luxury villa fit-out projects, acting as the main point of contact between the client, consultants, and site teams. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through construction to handover, ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, programme, and budget.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing project programmes, schedules, and reporting
• Coordinating architectural, interior design, MEP, and specialist packages
• Overseeing procurement, subcontractor appointments, and supplier coordination
• Controlling project costs, valuations, and variations
• Leading site teams and ensuring works are delivered in line with approved drawings and specifications
• Chairing progress meetings and maintaining clear client communication
• Managing snagging, commissioning, and final handover
This role suits someone with hands-on experience in luxury residential or villa fit-out projects, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage demanding clients and complex project teams
Requirements:
An experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering high-end residential and luxury villa fit-out projects. This individual is comfortable managing projects from early planning through to final handover, with a clear focus on quality, programme, and cost control. Used to working in interiors-led environments where attention to detail, coordination, and client management are critical.Key strengths include:
• Managing bespoke villa fit-out projects with high-end finishes
• Coordinating designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintaining strong communication with private clients and stakeholders
• Managing programmes, budgets, and variations
• Strong on-site presence and problem-solving ability
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
