Job Description:
• Ensure customers are happy by addressing concerns and keeping them satisfied.
• Supervise the front-of-house team to work well together.
• Keep the restaurant clean and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle reservations, seat guests efficiently, and maximize the use of tables.
• Make sure the kitchen and service staff communicate well for smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Floor Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals & centralized tips

A Levant high end casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years experience within the same role in high end casual or fine dining restaurants in UAE.
