JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
FnB Director up to 40k AED for a 5-Star Hotel in Fujairah
• Responsible for managing food costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory
• Experience in pre-opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel/restaurant with clear track record
• Must be excellent communicators with the ability to multitask and think quickly when under pressure
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to any nationality
• Male or Female, 35 – 40 years old
• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in as F&B Manager/Director in a 5-star Hospitality property
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership and P&L Management skills
• Able to manage at least 5 F&B outlets
• Can join immediately (1 month max)
• Work Location: Fujairah, UAE
• Salary up to 40,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
