JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Purpose
Primary responsibility of the role is to deliver Food & Beverage service as per SOP, at the designated outlet.
Key responsibilities
- F&B Service
- Order Taking
- Provide information about the menu to the guests
- Set up: Tables / buffet / restaurant set up (MEP)
- Other duties as assigned by the line manager
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage Service
- Good command over English language_Speak, read & write
- Table set up and clearance
- Polite and patient with a pleasing personality
- Work Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Education
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Course in Hotel Management preferred.
Job Experience
- Previous experience in service / hospitality industry is an asset
Others
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Speak, Read and Write English.
