JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Reports to Outlet Manager (restaurant / room service / bar)
- Ensures guests are well looked after, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.
- To handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service to establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
- To assist in planning the outlet weekly roster and work schedules to ensure that the outlet is adequately staffed to handle the level of business.

REQUIREMENTS

- To assist in planning and organizing festive food promotions within the outlet manager.
- Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always
- respecting HACCP regulations.
- To issue repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of the outlet.
