We are hiring experienced electrical foremen to manage and supervise electrical installation works on high-rise and commercial building sites. The role requires a hands-on leader who can guide technicians, ensure quality, and meet daily targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide electricians and helpers on-site.
- Oversee installation of conduit, cabling, lighting, DBs, panels, and related systems.
- Coordinate with site engineers to understand drawings and execution requirements.
- Ensure adherence to DEWA and local authority standards.
- Monitor material usage and report requirements.
- Conduct initial inspections prior to QA/QC and consultant approvals.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in electrical engineering.
- 5+ years of UAE experience in electrical site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations and inspection preparation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and manage teams.
