Eram Talent is looking for a skilled Foreman, Rewinding to join our dynamic team. As a renowned talent acquisition consultancy, we specialize in connecting highly qualified professionals with leading companies in various sectors. The Foreman, Rewinding will play a crucial role in overseeing the rewinding processes for electric motors and generators, ensuring that work is carried out with precision and in accordance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the rewinding operations, ensuring quality control at every stage.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices during the rewinding process.
- Guide and train team members on rewinding techniques and equipment handling.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality assurance documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of rewinding machinery and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role related to electrical rewinding or similar trades.
- In-depth knowledge of rewinding methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
