We are looking for an experienced Steel Fixer Foreman to supervise and manage reinforcement works for bridge construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of rebar fixing, detailing, and execution for major bridge components.

Key Responsibilities

1) Supervise steel fixing activities for bridge construction works including piers, abutments, pile caps, decks, and girders.
2) Read and interpret reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and project specifications.
3) Ensure proper cutting, bending, fixing, and placement of reinforcement as per approved drawings.
4) Manage steel fixer teams, assign daily tasks, and monitor productivity.
5) Ensure reinforcement works comply with quality standards, inspection requirements, and approved method statements.
6) Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, and formwork teams for timely inspections and concrete pours.
7) Ensure adherence to HSE requirements and safe working practices.
8) Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and maintain proper storage of reinforcement materials.
9) Report daily progress and manpower status to site management.

Requirements:
1) Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Steel Fixer Foreman.
2) Mandatory experience in bridge construction projects.
3) Strong knowledge of reinforcement works for structural concrete bridges.
4) Ability to read and understand structural and reinforcement drawings.
5) Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
6) Good leadership and team management skills.
7) Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
