JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As a Brand Management Specialist at Al Haq Fragrances, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, market positioning, and overall business strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and consumer research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Target Audience Insights: Utilize market surveys and demographic data to understand the preferences and behaviors of our target audience in the Middle East and India.
• Product Innovation: Work collaboratively with product development teams to conceptualize and create new fragrance products that resonate with our target audience.
• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams including marketing, product development, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and synergy across functions.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all external communications and touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand strategy development, preferably within the fragrance or beauty industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel for occasional in-person meetings as needed.
• Familiarity with the Middle Eastern and Indian markets is a plus.
