JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities (please note that duties and responsibilities and not limited to the ones mentioned below)

• Head the Franchise team
• Find and develop new franchisees for the business
• Provide an established, tried-and-tested Franchise system
• Oversee new franchisees and find and develop new franchisees for the business.
• Co-ordinate with the Training Manager to provide training to staff for new outlets as well as practical on-the-job training to key staff members.
• Expand the franchisee network through marketing & sales efforts locally and internationally
• Complete the transactions, franchise documents signing and oversee all the franchisees training etc.
• Manage Licensor/Licensee and Franchisor/Franchisee and landlord/tenant agreements
• Provide guideline in new site selection and construction of new outlets.
• Provide overall supervision of the franchise activities
• Establish budget and financial control, including P&L benchmarking
• Prepare market studies in order to identify the potential in market
• Prepare the corresponding business plan
• Assemble and execute a critical path for franchisee restaurants opening
• Assisting in the recruitment process for key positions within the franchise team.

REQUIREMENTS

• A young energetic bilingual candidate (Arabic speaking will be preferred)
• At least 10 years of Franchise experience in the UAE
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Self-motivation, creativity and adaptability
• Strong communication, organizational, problem solving and leadership skills
• Must be willing to travel
