JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a hospitality business, is seeking a Franchise Support Consultant to oversee the outlets in the GCC. Based in Dubai. You must have at least 5 years F&B experience and be able to travel freely within the GCC.
Responsibilities:
* The Franchise Support Consultant will visit franchisees and assist them in their operations.
* Review unit performance, and help enforce operational guidelines.
* Identify all operational problems and present the opinions and policies of management in a meaningful way to the franchisees.
* Provide continued assurance that its operational procedures are being properly maintained.
* Act as a brand ambassador at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
* Graduate in Hospitality or F&B
* Prior experience in Hospitality and Catering
* Good IT and linguistic skills in English, any additional language is a plus
* Strong follow up and multi-tasking skills/ attention to detail
* Charismatic and able to quickly establish rapport with others
* The Franchise Support Consultant will be a team player and Leader by example, strong organisational skills
