JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a dominantly operations role, to provide onsite/ground support to franchisee and company team in all operational aspects in rolling out the franchised petroleum sites and other franchised businesses and to establish the organisations retail businesses across the Gulf and ME markets. Support the Senior Franchise Business Specialist and Franchise Specialist to implement strategies for successfully managing the operations of the franchisee’s business at individual site level. Work closely with the team and the franchisee operations personnel to build the sites, equip the sites, train the team and roll out the units as per organisational standards.
Responsible, at the site level, to regularly conduct operational audits, file reports and recommend measures for improvement with deadlines for compliance. Provide extensive ground support to the team and franchisee management in developing and expanding the franchisee network of outlets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing & Sales or equivalent
- 8 to 10 years of experience in franchising
- International Oil Company Experience
- Experience with Service stations
- Oil & Gas experience
- Excellent communication, supervisory, delegation and influencing skills
- Computer literate, with Windows, E-mail, Internet and Intranet experience
