Position Title: Freight Forwarding Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
Job Description:
- Manage back office functions – data organization, filing, documents for submission, and new client account files.
- Responsible for closure of files for completed projects.
- Manage the daily cargo operations via documentations and communications with agents who are based in Africa.
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time delivery.
- Generate regular reports on shipping activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of freight forwarding operations.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and African nationals
- 35 years old and below
- Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding experience as a supervisor, import supervisor / export supervisor, network freight forwarding, documentation and backend
- Experience in Africa market is a plus
