JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• French Executive Chef up to 30K AED for an FnB Operator in UAE
• Mainly responsible for all culinary activities for the restaurant
• Will oversee all activity in the kitchen, train personnel, plan menus, oversee product purchasing and manage culinary budget
• Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to FRENCH nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 2-3 years of experience on similar a role, handling multiple FnB outlets
• Degree holder in Culinary or any relevant training
• Creative and innovative in menu development
• Extensive knowledge and experience in French Cuisine
• Strong experience in managing a central kitchen
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)Work location: Dubai
Salary up to 30,000 AED full package, depending on experience and qualifications
