Position Title: Front Desk Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A prominent holding company with diversified portfolio of businesses which includes real estate, contracting, trading, automotive and logistics
Job Description:
- Greet guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and always ensuring to maintain a high standard welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests and visitors in finding their way around the building and inform the concerned team member when the guests arrive.
- Help and maintain the workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting necessary visitor logs.
- Assist and maintain variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning and uploading of clients’ documents in shared folder.
- Manage the booking of the meeting rooms, pod rooms, and board room
Requirements:
- Female, 35 years old and below- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, business management, hospitality or a related field
- At least 3 years' proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administration role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Arabic speaker is a plus
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
Salary:
AED
4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
