Position Title: Front Desk Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: As per UAE labor law plus airline ticket

About the Client:
A prominent holding company in Dubai, with diversified portfolio of businesses which includes real estate, contracting, trading, automotive and logistics.
Job Description:
-Supporting operations by maintaining office procedures including the filing systems - Hard and Soft Copies (Dropbox) and assisting staff/colleagues in administrative tasks
-Keeping and tracking stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary to ensure smooth office operation.
-Compiling detailed records of tenancy contracts by preparing excel sheets or using CRM system or software as needed.
-Assisting guests and visitors in finding their way around the office and informing the concerned team member when the guests arrive, politely
Requirements:
Qualifications:-35 years old and below.
-Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, business management, hospitality, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administration role in a shared office business center / co-working space/ show rooms
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
