What you will be doing:
- Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.
- Provide a warm welcome to the guests, register and process check in for all arrivals and update the guest information in the system.
- Be accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlement upon the departure of the guests.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior Front Desk or related Hotel Experience
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English and Russian language is a must
