JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Position Purpose:

Our overriding objective is always to provide exceptional customer service. As Receptionist, your primary role would be to administrator front desk operations, handle administrative and organizational tasks, support tenants, and effectively collaborate with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcoming guests and tenants.
- Handling various inquiries.
- Coordinating bookings at the business center, including conference halls, meeting rooms, etc.
- Supporting the sales department by introducing new clients to the advantages and infrastructure of the business center.
- Monitoring tenant satisfaction, collecting feedback and inquiries.
- Answering and processing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assisting with tenant documentation (contracts, invoices, payments).
- Monitoring timely rent and utility payments.
- Coordinating with the finance team regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Liaising with technical staff for repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborating with colleagues to efficiently handle current client-related matters.
- Organizing and supervising the work of cleaning, security, and technical teams.
- Overseeing purchases and working with suppliers (stationery, water delivery, etc.).
- Coordinating and supporting internal departments in communication tasks and other related duties.
- Please note working hours are 09h00 till 18h00 – Monday to Friday and on a rotational basis as per weekends. Therefore, you would be required to work up to every second weekend.

Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) | Upper - Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Education (preferably in Business Admin/Economics)
- Understanding of front desk operations and administrative procedures (experience in a business center is an advantage).
- Document management skills (knowledge of accounting and financial processes is an advantage).
