Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading investment firm in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire a Receptionist/Document Controller.

Tasks include;
• Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
• Maintaining telecommunication system professionally and effectively
• Directs clients and visitors
• Answering enquirers
• Managing database
• Organising meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Arabic and English, French would be an advantage
• Welcoming and Bright persona
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi
• Previous experience within a construction company
• Expert in Microsoft office
• Attention to Detail and highly organised
