JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

AED10,000 Total salary

On behalf of our client a private aviation firm based at DAFZA we are looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for receiving and welcoming guests/clients, arrangements refreshments for guests and for board and shareholder meetings, operating telephone console, taking and distributing messages, arranging couriers to send and receive documents and making travel arrangements.

REQUIREMENTS

- The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have their own transport for work, have a minimum of 2 years experience as a front desk receptionist or administrator with fluency in English.

- Candidates who have fire marshal duties experience are preferred for this role.
