JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our hotel's front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Job Description:

• Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for guests during check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train front desk staff in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor room availability and work with the sales and marketing team to optimize occupancy.
• Implement strategies to maximize room revenue and yield.
• Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front office operations.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage the front office budget, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.
• Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the security and safety of guests and front office staff.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and emergency procedures.

Salary:
AED 5,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
