Position Title: Front Office Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Leading hospitality company with catering, restaurant and cloud kitchen operations in Abu Dhabi
Job Role:
- Responsible for overall front office operations including bookings, reservations, laundry, catering events and other residential requirements
- Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists and security guards
- Assign tasks and ensure all staff positions are covered for the duration of shift
- Monitor front desk and ensure all employees comply with all security procedures for visitors
- Ensure good communication between all departments and the front office for quality service
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years work experience on the same role
- Must have a good customer service skills
- Immediate joiners are prioritized
