Position Title: Front Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits

A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the area of F&B, providing customers with the best visit experience
Job Description:
• Coordinate with various departments and ensure staff set up and supply remain according to departmental standards
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
• Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills
• Leading a professional resolution of customer complaints and reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
• Analyze all special guest requirements and prepare plans to resolve customer care-related issues and satisfy guests
• Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment and devices
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 4 years’ experience on same role for healthy food concept restaurant
• Preferably with experience in handling high-end casual for healthy food concept
