Fundraising manager role with a trading company

Description
* Establishing contacts with banks and organizing/conducting meetings to discuss the fundraising for commercial transactions.
* Collecting and preparing legal and financial documentation and information to be submitted to banks to establish lending limits.
* Calculating effective interest rates considering offers from different banks.
* Making presentations for management of the Company for further decision-making on fundraising.
* Organizing the approval and signing of loan and collateral documents.
* Calculating interest rates, making sending proposals, making applications for principal and interest repayments, payment control.
* Keeping record of fundraising data

Requirements:
* Knowledge in Economics, Finance and Banking;* Experience in fundraising in banks and investment funds;
* Experience in determining bank lending limit and preparing materials for internal banking operations: legal due diligence, credit analysis, KYC;
* Experience in negotiating with lenders on approval of loan documents including financial and affirmative covenants;
* Experience in corporate finance in a bank or a commercial company;
* Experience in fundraising and transactions support (transactions according to Russian and English Law);
* Knowledge of specifics of different financial products types;
* Experience in building and analyzing financial models;
* Knowledge of risk management in liquidity incentivizing and credit and currency risks hedging
