JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As a Future Foresight Research Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing research methodologies, conducting market analysis, collaborating on research initiatives, as well as using foresight tools while staying informed on emerging trends to align with global best practices.

Description

* Design and implement research frameworks to identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
* Conduct comprehensive market research and respond to advisory requests with relevant data and benchmarks.
* Work with entity's functions to ensure research projects align with organisational goals and support publishing efforts.
* Utilise foresight tools for statistical analysis and predictive modelling to extract actionable insights.
* Stay updated on emerging trends, engage in continuous professional development, and foster effective team collaboration.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Future Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A master's degree is preferred.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to connect disparate data points and generate actionable insights.
* Excellent understanding of future foresight methodologies, scenario planning, trend forecasting, and innovation strategy.
* Knowledge of various industries and sectors, with the ability to apply future foresight principles across different contexts.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven track record of leading and managing projects independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
