Fx Currency Product Manager

Venture Search is partnered with a leading regional bank in the UAE to hire an FX Product Lead to spearhead the complete transformation of its FX offering across retail, SME, corporate, and institutional client segments.

This is a greenfield mandate \u2013 a rare opportunity to shape the future of FX products in one of the region\u2019s most ambitious banks. Experience working in FX product management and strategy for a global fintech is highly preferential.

The opportunity:

We're looking for someone with a fintech mindset and deep FX expertise to rebuild and relaunch the bank\u2019s FX proposition from the ground up \u2013 from product design and platform strategy to digital execution and P&L ownership. You'll drive innovation, own the roadmap, and lead cross-functional execution across tech, marketing, risk, and sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a future-ready FX product strategy aligned to client needs and market trends
• Build new FX propositions and digital journeys for retail, SME, and institutional clients
• Drive commercial performance through data-led pricing and revenue strategies
• Lead product innovation through partnerships with fintechs and vendors
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk frameworks
• Own the FX product P&L and drive portfolio growth through market-leading campaigns

What we\u2019re looking for:

• A background in FX product management within a leading fintech, digital bank, or global financial institution
• Strong understanding of FX instruments, markets, and regulatory environments
• Proven track record of launching and scaling FX products across customer segments
• Commercial mindset with P&L experience and data-driven decision-making skills
