JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Display unconventional and inspirational style of Leadership and leading the organization from the front.
- Plan and direct the organizations activities to achieve stated /agreed targets and standards for financial performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.
- Set business strategic plans based on set vision and through SMART objectives.
- Monitor organizations performance through structured review process.
- Provide prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep the board appropriately informed of the organizations financial position.
- Mentor and encourage a performance based organization culture, and develop future leadership within the organization.
- Negotiate major contracts for the company to maximize profit margins.
- To monitor all contractual obligations (commercial and technical).
REQUIREMENTS
- Business acumen and financial management skills.
- Creative thinker with excellent people management skills.
- Methodical in approach with a multi-cultural background and great leadership ability.
- Excellent background on the techniques related to estimation, engineering, construction, contracts, and commercial for high complexity projects.
- Strong focus on goals, capability to motive, support and lead staff in a dynamic environment.
