JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This exciting role is working for a large Company Formation group in the UAE. They are seeking a GM to lead a new part of the business.

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the sale and post-sale customer experience
• Report to the board
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties in line with group guidelines.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement and report to SMS.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes along with HR Department.
• Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
• Manage and build relationships with various business setup consultants, fiduciaries and legal advisors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Oversee activities directly related to providing services.
• Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
• Determine products and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
• Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale or consumption and representing management in purchase negotiations.
• Perform sales duties.
• Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions in coordination with the Marketing team.
• Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required.
• Recommend locations for new facilities or oversee the remodelling of current facilities.
• Oversee preparation of manuals, policies and procedures
