JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Oversee showroom operations and implement policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop sales strategies to meet targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and manage staff while conducting performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory control and direct visual merchandising to create an appealing showroom.
• Prepare and manage the budget, optimizing costs and generating performance reports for senior management.

A Dubai-based company providing a diverse range of ready-made garments for men, women, and children
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian and Arabic nationalities
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Must have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• Must have at least 10 years experience in Retail industry and must be in GM position for 3 years.
• Must be proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
