The Role

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of your club's performance, people, and member experience. This is a hands-on operational leadership role requiring commercial strength, excellent team management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding standards every day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing club team.
• Driving membership growth, retention, and commercial performance.
• Overseeing all operational excellence and brand standards.
• Ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional service delivery.

After 9-12 months, successful General Managers will progress to a multi-site leadership role with an enhanced package of:

• AED 20,000 basic salary per month
• AED 6,000 per club per month bonus

• Experience managing a high-performing fitness club or leisure facility.
• Proven commercial delivery and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
