Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals of the UAE telecommunications market.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring effective recruitment and retention of top talent.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and motivation.
- Manage performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while developing effective HR policies.
- Provide analytical insights on workforce metrics and advocate for data-driven decision making across the HR functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE.
- Proven experience in managing talent acquisition and employee development processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR policies that align with business priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.
