Position Title: General Manager - Home Care Division
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
• Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in home care business
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
