General Manager - Interior Design
Salary: up to AED 35,000 based on experience
Location: UAE
Our Client is a High End luxury interior design company with many years experience in the UAE. Having completed many projects in Residential, they have office’s in Fujairah and Dubai. As a result of their growth in the segment, we are seeking a highly talented and creative General Manager to join their team. As this is a new role, reporting to the Owner, your key role is to manage the date to day operations of the company and produce a healthy balance sheet during the term
Responsibilities
• Mentor and develop the team
• Research and prepare a contact list of prospective clients
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare and present client proposals / quotations to secure new business
• Oversee all operations and manage all financials
• Full P&L responsibility
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree in Civil, Architecture or relevant experience in Interior design is preferred
• Minimum of 10 years experience of which 5 years should be at Senior Management level
• Experience within High End Luxury residential is preferred
• Possess excellent leadership skills
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
