General Manager - Leasing | Jobs in Dubai, UAE by Future Tense

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager - Leasing to join our client - a Real Estate group in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the leasing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in real estate leasing and a proven track record of success in the industry.

Candidate must have:
- At Least 5 years’ experience in Real estate especially in subleasing and leasing.
- UAE experience is a must
- Join Immediately

Candidate must be able to:
- Support company with new business.
- Must have good connections with landlords and building owners
- Restructure teams
- Develop the company and build a team

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry
- In-depth knowledge of leasing and sub leasing principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven leasing decisions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in real estate management software and MS Office suite
